Brittany is a very popular tourist destination offering a magnificently varied coastline, medieval castles and many architectural treasures from its celtic past. Despite its popularity it is unspoiled and has something for everyone.
La Priquetais is only 10 minutes from Dinan a picturesque, medieval town of winding streets and timber framed buildings set within its fortified walls. Ideal for sight-seeing, shopping and visiting its varied restaurants. The walled citadel of St Malo is only a 30 minute drive away. Mont Saint-Michel, Le Cap Frehel and the Forest of Broceliande are easily reached within an hours drive.
We are located only a short walk from the peaceful village of Trevron which is situated on La Voie Vert (V3), one of the nine routes running throughout Brittany specifically for non-motorised traffic, making them ideal for walkers and cyclists.
We are also only 2kms from the GR34c which has beautiful walks along the river Rance through Dinan and Lehon for example. Most of the GR or Grande Randonnées (national long distance routes) in Brittany are "linear" i.e. fairly flat making them ideal for walkers and cyclists of all ages.
Our GPS address is: N48º23.207 W002º03.985.
When you reach Trevron follow the road through the village keeping the church on your left. After you pass the “Mairie” you will come to a T junction. Turn right down the hill, then first left over the bridge, up the hill and first left again. La Priquetais is a small hamlet and we are the third entrance.
