High season is July/August and French public holidays.
Room rate includes breakfast and is priced per room per night in Euros.
Deposit
To secure your reservation we request a deposit of 30% which should arrive within 5 working days of your booking.
Payment of your deposit can be made by euro or sterling cheque, IBAN transfer or Chèques Vacances.
On receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by email.
Payment
Final payment for accommodation is due on arrival and can be made by cash in euros or cheque (French bank account only) or Chèques Vacances.
We are unable to accept credit or bank cards.
Arrival/Departure Time
Rooms are available from 16:00 on your day of arrival. If you are likely to arrive after 19:00 please let us know in advance.
On the day of your departure we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00am.
We are sorry but we have a no pets policy and smoking in the buildings is not permitted.
Food
Table d’hôte evening meals are available for a minimum of 2 people and are served between 18:30 and 20:00.
Evening meals must be booked 24 hours in advance.
We can offer:
Our four course Table d’Hôte menu which changes daily and is served with a carafe of wine - and coffee. Note the term ‘Table d’ hôte’ has no direct English translation but broadly means a fixed price, fixed menu meal in the style of French home cooking
Alternatively 2 courses with 25cl of wine is available from our Table d’hôte menu and can be ordered for 16€ (for a minimum number of two people ordering the same combination -starter and main or main and dessert)
If you are a vegetarian or have a special dietary request please advise when booking your stay.
We are happy to cater for smaller children please, but please discuss at the point of booking.
In all cases please note that we cannot guarantee meals without a prior reservation.
Breakfast
We serve our continental breakfast in the conservatory or on the patio between 8.30am until 10.00am which includes:
orange juice, selection of fresh breads and croissant with a variety of jams/honey, cereals, yoghurt, fruit (subject to season). Your choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate
